Can I purchase your products in bulk? Can I become your agent?
We accept bulk purchases from customers, but still offer wholesale at retail prices. We collaborate with numerous brand merchants and manufacturers to promote the development of the organization that fights hunger among children, not for profit. This has always been our philosophy and pursuit. Therefore, we do not currently accept product agency. If you have ideas on promoting the development of this organization, you can contact us.

For large bulk orders we accept PO and ACH payments.
Shipping
Can I ship to a PO box?
Yes, we can deliver to a PO Box. However, please note that we will always prioritize the specific shipping address you provide. If you're not available at that address, we will deliver your order to your PO Box as a fall-back option.
How soon do you ship?
Same day if ordered by 10am CST. Shipping delay in effect after 10:00 AM Wednesday 5/31/2023 until Monday 6/5/2023. All orders will be shipped on Monday 6/5/2023.
1-3 Business Day Free Shipping
Free shipping is included with every box and will arrive in 1 to 3 business days.
2-5 Business Day Ground Shipping
Will arrive in 2 to 5 business days.

2-8 Business Day USPS Priority Shipping
Will arrive in 2 to 8 business days.

How does international delivery work and how long does it take?
We are pleased to offer free doorstep delivery to the following countries: UK, US, CA, SG, DE, AU, JP, Germany, France, and Japan. Because we have local warehouses in these regions, orders shipping to these addresses will be prioritized for local dispatch, with an estimated delivery time of 1-3 business days. For all other destinations, we still offer free worldwide shipping! These orders are handled via our trusted international partners, with a delivery timeframe of 3-7 business days.*
Is shipping guaranteed?
* Rest assured, we assume full responsibility for any issues during transit. If your order does not arrive or arrives damaged, we will issue a full refund, provided that you submit photos of the unboxing process to our customer service team within 3 business days of receipt..*
What is a business day?
Business days are Monday–Friday. Packages traveling over weekends and holidays are not considered business days. If you order on Friday after 10 AM Central Time, your package will not ship until Monday, even if you pay for faster shipping.
Can I choose the shipping date?
At this time we do not have a delayed shipping option on our website. Feel free to call or message us if you would like to delay your shipping. Our subscription plan might be a good option too.

Can I ship Internationally?
Absolutely! We are proud to offer worldwide shipping, and it's completely free.
Do you ship to prisons or any type of correctional facility?
We do not ship to prisons or any type of correctional facility! The package WILL be rejected upon receipt and we will not be able to refund your order. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Returns & Refunds
What is the Refund Policy?
If you feel something is wrong with your box, please reach out to us so we can make it right. We will work with you to either: a) send a replacement, b) issue a refund, or c) both!

How do I return?
If a product fails to meet your expectations, we are willing to offer you a replacement or refund service within 30 days after your order. If you need to initiate a return or exchange, please contact our online customer service or service email. We will handle your request within 2 hours. If the order you received is incomplete, the items are incorrect, damaged or defective, we will send you a replacement of the purchased goods within 15 days after your order. We will do our best to deliver it before the holiday. If the purchased goods are out of stock, you can choose to get a refund. If you need to apply for a replacement, please contact our online customer service or service email. We will handle it for you within 2 hours. service@thriftpro.com
